OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
Fairy castle entertainment does warn our customers about “exposure to hot and humid weather”
In the event of rain, snow, or extremely stormy weather, the party must be held indoors.
Parties and events can be held outdoors according to certain weather conditions. If the temperature exceeds 90 degrees, the event must be held indoors. NOTE: Our performers wear heavy costumes, wigs, and suits, so they can quickly overheat.
If you are booking a mascot or Walking dinosaur and the temperature exceeds 82 degrees, the event must be held indoors.
No refunds or cancelation
When planning an outdoor party, we recommend you have an “indoor” backup plan. This will eliminate the possibility of having to reschedule your event. Thank you for your cooperation.
