POLICY & EXTRA FEES

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS.

Deposit & Payment ​A Non-Refundable.  A deposit is required to reserve our venue and service! The deposit can be paid by Zelle or cash!

The final balance is due 3-5 days prior to the event.

​

We understand unforeseen circumstances and cancellation of a party may be required. We will gladly reschedule your event at once. A booking fee of $200 to reschedule will be charged after a FIRST date has been canceled.

Rescheduling of any event must be made within 21 days of the initial event date.

NO REFUND will be issued if the client makes changes and we won't be able to accommodate changes in our schedule. 

 

*We accept payment in cash or Zelle only!  NO CHECKS!

*We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for parties scheduled on holidays!

YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO:

- You can arrive 30 min early at your scheduled start time. We do not allow early drop-off or set-up!

- All your guests must arrive at your scheduled start time!  if you're planning to invite your guest earlier  than your scheduled start time,

  an extra time fee will apply ($100.00 for every 30 minutes) 

 

  PARTY PACKAGES include: 

  First 30 minutes for your guests to arrive

  ENTERTAINMENT

  Last 30 minutes of your party time to get your stuff and get ready 

  FEE WILL APPLY after your scheduled end time ($100.00 for an additional 30 minutes)

- The host will be held liable for any damages made to the facility. Damage Fee will be assessed.

- You are welcome to bring your own cake and purchase catered food for the party or order from preferred restaurants.

- We do not provide plates, napkins, cups, and utensils for the adults 

 

- You can not use any outside entertainment vendors, except DJ, videographers, photographers, and musicians!

 

- The FAIRY CASTLE is not responsible for any personal injuries which occur during a party, or for lost or stolen items.

- No food or drinks are allowed in the play area. Please keep food and drinks in the designated area only.

- KIDS MUST EAT ONLY in the eating area!

- Free Parking is available

Currently, in Des Plaines IL,  and Miami FL, we offer party venues at the Fairy Castle!

We also provide our services in the Chicago area, and Chicago Suburbs to offer character appearances, plus 48 States USA.

SHOULD I TIP MY CHARACTER?

t*While our characters certainly do not expect a tip, it is always appreciated. Our performers work hard to provide you with high and birthday party entertainment. If you would like to give your performer a tip, please pay them directly.
