Fairy castle entertainment does warn our customers about “exposure to hot and humid weather”
In the event of rain, snow, or extremely stormy weather, the party must be held indoors.
Parties and events can be held outdoors according to certain weather conditions. If the temperature exceeds 90 degrees, the event must be kept indoors. NOTE: Our performers wear heavy costumes, wigs, and suits, so they can quickly overheat.
If you are booking a mascot or Walking dinosaur and the temperature exceeds 82 degrees, the event must be held indoors.
If the temperature exceeds 50 degrees below, the event must be kept indoors.
NOTE: Our performers wear lite-open costumes, so they can quickly over-freeze!
No refunds or cancelation
We recommend you have an “indoor” backup plan when planning an outdoor party. This will eliminate the possibility of having to reschedule your event. Thank you for your cooperation.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS.
Deposit & Payment A Non-Refundable.
A deposit is required to reserve your character appearance and decor
Finale balance is due 3 days prior to the event.
We understand unforeseen circumstances and cancellation of a party may be required. We will gladly reschedule your event at once. A booking fee of $250 to reschedule will be charged after a second date has been canceled. Any event must be rescheduled within 14 days of the initial event date.
NO REFUND will be issued if the client will make changes and we won't be able to accommodate changes in our schedule.
Deposit can be transfer for the next 60 days from your original event date, after 60 days deposit no longer can't be transferred.
*If the venue requires payment for parking, the customer is responsible for the charge.
*We accept payment in cash or Zelle only! NO CHECKS!
*We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any visit due to severe weather conditions. (deposit will be reimbursed if the visit is canceled)
*We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for parties scheduled on holidays.
$20.00 travel fee over 15-25 miles
$40.00 travel fee over 25-35 miles
$60.00 travel fee over 35-45 miles
$100.00 travel fee over 45-55 miles
$150.00 travel fee over 55-75 miles
$300.00 traveling fee over 75-100 miles
Distance fee will be counted from Arlington Heights, IL
Princess character visits must take place indoors for the safety of our costumes!
The area indoors being used must be clean!
However, certain princesses can perform outdoor

We provide service in all Chicago areas and Chicago Suburbs.
we do charge an extra fee for travel more than 15 miles however
Distance fee will be counted from Rolling Meadows
If our service comes at a different time, the fee will be charged separately

SHOULD I TIP MY CHARACTER?
*While our characters certainly do not expect a tip, it is always appreciated. Our performers work hard to provide you with high and birthday party entertainment. If you would like to give your performer a tip, please pay them directly.
