POLICY & EXTRA FEES
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS.
Deposit & Payment A Non-Refundable. Deposit is required to reserve your characters date and time. The deposit can be paid by Paypal, cash or check.
Balance due must be paid in Cash or credit card on the same day as your party!
We understand unforeseen circumstances and cancellation of a party may be required.
We will gladly reschedule your event at once. A booking fee of $50 to reschedule will be charged after a first date has been canceled.
Rescheduling of any event must be made within 30 days of the initial event date.
YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO:
- You can arrive 30 min early at your scheduled start time. We do not allow early drop-off or set-up!
- All your guests must arrive at your scheduled start time! if you're planning to invite your guest earlier than your scheduled start time,
extra time fee will apply ($50.00 each 30 min)
- 4 hours party includes:
First 30 min time for your guests to arrive
3 hours of entertainment including 30 min of tea party and cutting of the cake)
Last 30 min of your party time to get your stuff and get ready
FEE WILL APPLY after your scheduled end time ($50.00 each additional 30 min)

-The host will be held liable for any damages made to the facility, toys or any items. Damage Fee will be assessed.
- You are welcome to bring your own cake and purchased or catered food for the party or order from preferred restaurants
- We do not provide plates, napkins, cups, and utensils for the adults
- The FAIRY CASTLE is not responsible for any personal injuries which occur during a party, or for lost or stolen items.
- All parents and guardian must sign a WAIVER for their children
- No peanut products allowed.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the play area. Please keep food and drinks in the designated area only.
- KIDS MUST EAT ONLY in the eating area! Damage cleaning Fee will be assessed (including carpet area)
- You Can not use any outside vendors!
- Free Parking is available
